Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on most of our products to the US and many European countries.

Can i customize items? Like mugs, t-shirts or tote bags?
Absolutely! Customization is possible for many of our items. You can add personal designs to items for free or request a custom design for $2.99. Simply fill out the customization form on the product page before check-out. Or simply send us an e-mail with your ideas!
What materials are used in your products?
Our products are crafted from high-quality materials. For example, mugs are made from ceramic, T-shirts from soft cotton blends, and sweaters from cozy knits.
Are these official BTS merchandise?
Our items are BTS-inspired and designed exclusively by us -ARMY for ARMY or fans π€. While not official merchandise, theyβre made with love to celebrate BTS.
Where are your products made?
All our products feature designs created by us and are exclusive to our shopβeach one inspired by BTS and made with ARMY in mind. To offer a wide variety of items, we work with a mix of trusted production partners, including in-house makers and carefully selected third-party print providers who meet our quality standards.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns on non-customized items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition. For more details, check our Return Policy
Can I return customized items?
Unfortunately, customized items cannot be returned unless there is a defect in the product. Please review custom designs carefully before confirming.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at info@ddaengg.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. Weβll make it right!
